Meetings
Meetings are usually held at 7.30pm at Ashurst Village Hall unless otherwise stated. They are usually held on a Thursday in January, March, May, July, September & November, but this occasionally varies.
Agendas will be published on the website and displayed on the parish notice board in advance of each meeting.
Meeting dates for 2025:
16th January 2025 at 7.30pm
20th March 2025 at 7.30pm
15th May 2025 at 6.30pm - Annual Council Meeting followed by Annual Parish Meeting at 7.30pm
17th July 2025 at 7.30pm
18th September 2025 at 7.30pm - Recreation Ground AGM beforehand at 7pm
20th November 2025 at 7.30pm
