Approve the Minutes* of the Meetings of 2nd July and 6th August 2020: The minutes, subject to any amendments, to be approved and signed as a true record of the meeting. The Chairman will sign a copy of the minutes and post to the Clerk.
Update on COVID-19: To receive any updates relating to the pandemic
Reports from District & County Councillors.
Outstanding Actions: To clarify and report on actions brought forward from the last meeting.
Recreation Ground Matters: To discuss any matters concerning the Recreation Ground.

Please note that the Annual Recreation Ground Meeting is being held via Zoom at 6pm prior to this meeting.

To review Horsham District Council and the Annual Wicksteed Playground Inspection results.

To decide whether to use a free service from Utility Aid to save on water and electrics at the Ground

8. Planning Matters: To comment on planning applications received from Horsham District Council.

9. Planning Decisions from HDC: To receive decisions on planning applications from HDC.

10. To discuss a response to the Horsham District Local Plan

11. Financial Matters:

To receive the report on the Council’s income and to approve future expenditure.
To resolve whether to have an interim audit for 2020/21
To decide whether to accept Lloyds Bank’s offer of a refund for the safe custody standing orders
To discuss and make amendments to the draft precept for 2021/22*

14. Community Speedwatch: to receive an update from Cllr Nicholson

To note recent correspondence from WSALC regarding a ‘Value for Money’ review, and formulate a response

- To decide whether to make a grant to Age UK Horsham District for its Bags of Support Scheme
