Meetings
Meetings are usually held at 7.30pm at Ashurst Village Hall unless otherwise stated. They are usually held on a Thursday in January, March, May, July, September & November, but this occasionally varies.
Agendas will be published on the website and displayed on the parish notice board in advance of each meeting.
Meeting dates for 2024:
4th January 2024 at 7.30pm
21st March 2024 at 7.30pm
9th May 2024 at 7.30pm - Annual Council Meeting
11th July 2024 at 6.30pm followed by the Annual Parish Meeting at 7.30pm
19th September 2024 at 7.30pm - Recreation Ground Meeting beforehand at 7pm
14th November 2024 at 7.30pm
