- Declaration of Members’ Interests.
- Approve the Minutes* of the Meetings of 1st and 8th October 2020: The minutes, subject to any amendments, to be approved and signed as a true record of the meeting. The Chairman will sign a copy of the minutes and post to the Clerk.
- Update on COVID-19: To receive any updates relating to the pandemic
- Reports from District & County Councillors.
- Outstanding Actions: To clarify and report on actions brought forward from the last meeting.
- Recreation Ground Matters: To discuss any matters concerning the Recreation Ground.
- To receive a report on the Recreation Ground Trust’s income and to approve future expenditure.
- To review Horsham District Council and the Annual Wicksteed Playground Inspection results* and update on any necessary remedial work
- To consider and, if thought fit, to approve spending on a PiCUS Sonic Tomography Test on the oak tree in the Recreation Ground car park
- Update on Utility Aid to save on water and electrics at the Ground.
- 8. Planning Matters: To comment on planning applications received from Horsham District Council.

- Rampion 2 Wind Farm: To consider the implications of a possible underground cable being put through Ashurst.
- Financial Matters:
- To receive a report on the Council’s income and to approve future expenditure.
- To receive an update on Lloyds Bank’s offer of a refund for the safe custody standing orders
- To discuss and make amendments, if any, to the 2021/22 precept* and agree a figure to submit to HDC.
- Broadband in Ashurst: To receive an update from Cllrs Knight and Nicholson
- Community Speedwatch: To receive an update from Cllr Nicholson
- Trees and footpaths: To receive an update from Cllr Fischel
- Operation Watershed: To receive an update from Cllrs Knight and Russell
- SSALC Update: To receive an update from Cllr Fischel re letter sent to WSALC *raising the Council’s concerns over the Value for Money Review
- HALC Update: to receive an update from Cllr Knight
- Grants: To review grant applications
- GDPR: Reminder to delete all emails over 6 months old.
