Members of the Public are asked to submit any questions or comments to the Clerk via email or telephone by 4.00pm on the day of the meeting.

 

Any member of the public interested in attending the meeting should please contact the Clerk by 4.00pm on Wednesday 24th February and a link will be sent.

  3. To decide upon how Ashurst Parish Council wishes to vote in the Ordinary Resolutions proposed on the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting of West Sussex Association of Local Councils, to be held on Thursday 25th February 2021
  4. To decide upon how Ashurst Parish Council wishes to vote in the Special Resolutions proposed on the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting of West Sussex Association of Local Councils, to be held on Thursday 25th February 2021
  5. To decide upon whether, given recent developments, Ashurst Parish Council wishes to leave WSALC on 31st March 2021
